Beyond Panama is a platform that connects customers with independent providers of tourist experiences in Panama.

- Beyond Panama does not directly operate the activities nor does it own the services offered.

- Each experience is provided by third parties, who are responsible for its execution, quality, safety and compliance.

- The published information (schedules, itineraries, inclusions) is provided by the suppliers and may vary due to external conditions (weather, sea, logistics).

- Some activities involve inherent risks (kitesurfing, surfing, sailing, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.). The user acknowledges these risks and participates at their own risk.

- Beyond Panama will not be liable for injuries, accidents, losses, delays or cancellations attributable to the supplier or to force majeure.

By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to:

-Intermediation:

Beyond Panama acts as an intermediary. The service contract is between the client and the provider.

-Eligibility and veracity:

The client declares to be of legal age (or have authorization) and to provide truthful information.

-Conditions of the experience:

Each experience may have specific requirements (age, fitness level, weather, capacity, etc.). The client is responsible for reading and complying with these conditions.

- Arrival and punctuality:

Unless otherwise stated, the customer must arrive at the meeting point on their own and with the indicated advance notice.

- Safety and conduct:

The customer agrees to follow the supplier's instructions. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund for security reasons.

-Operational changes:

The provider may schedule, adjust, or cancel due to weather, safety, or logistical reasons. Rescheduling or an alternative will be offered when possible.

- Responsibility:

Beyond Panama is not responsible for events attributable to the supplier or for force majeure (extreme weather, closures, strikes, etc.).

- Applicable law:

It is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.

- Confirmation:

Payment on the platform reserves your access to the experience. However, to enjoy it, you need to schedule an appointment directly with the provider.

- Price:

The price shown is the final price for the customer and includes taxes and fees.

- Availability:

All reservations are subject to supplier availability.

- Cancellations and refunds:

Policies may vary by experience and provider.

As a general rule: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a refund, depending on the provider's policy and applicable penalties. Cancellations made 48 hours or less in advance are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

- Coordination:

After the purchase, the customer must contact the supplier to coordinate the date and time of the reservation.

- Receipts:

The customer will receive an order confirmation via email. They may be required to present a QR code or identification to the supplier.
